Tapa King, Inc. maintains a government compliant production plant and commissary located at the Laguna Technopark. The commissary’s location is an assurance that Tapa King food processes are strictly complied with.

  • A well-designed food- processing and handling facility that is constructed to prevent contamination. Processes are separated from raw product acquisition, to actual processing, to finished product functions to avoid cross-contamination.
  • To provide high-quality, nutritious and great-tasting tapa, locally purchased 100% pure beef sourced from accredited suppliers which includes Certificate of Inspection as a requirement for every delivery. Ingredients and raw materials are all delivered with Certificate of Analysis in every transaction.
  • The documentation systems include the complete mechanics of each batch, from starting materials/equipment used to finish products. The system record executed activities for maintenance, storage, quality control, primary distribution and other specific matters related to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Tapa King Commissary operates under Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) Plan and is designed to handle and identify critical control points.
